The Vita Returns To Their Roots With New Single “Landscapes”

Having confidently joined the Birmingham scene in August 2021, The Vista have gone from strength to strength. With three singles released to a warm reception and a number of live shows now under their belt, including their first headline show at the prestigious Deadwax in Digbeth in January, they have already proven themselves one of the hottest new bands in Birmingham. Described by Our Sound Music as putting the ‘rock into indie’, The Vista are excited to be focussing on their live shows over the upcoming summer season, including festival appearances and other local headline and support slots.

Their new release, Landscapes, is a return to their roots. Hitting hard with similar vibes to their debut release, ‘Jump Into The River’, the return to true indie is a message of intent when it comes to where the band’s sound is headed. One of the first songs written by the band, the track creates strong imagery of the need to get back to familiarity in your home town and back to your loved ones when you’ve been away for too long. Featuring heavy guitars, ethereal synths and as always Sam’s silky vocals, Landscapes is sure to be stuck in your head from the off.

Supported by a full music video, hoped radio play as well as a boisterous social media campaign, The Vista are hoping to have a national reach sooner rather than later, with hope and belief placed firmly in their new single.
