May 18, 2018 – Hollywood, CA – Today, breakout Danish trio Scarlet Pleasure release two brand new songs, “Let Go” and “Mind” [Virgin Records]: AVAILABLE HERE.

This is the first new music Scarlet Pleasure have released since their 2017 EP Lagune. “Let Go,” the band’s newest single, is a hypnotic track inspired by Bollywood movies and the endless forests of Scandinavia while the lyrics evolve around the urge to turn your back on the pressure and expectations of society. Their highly addictive modern pop flirts with a passion for old school soul and American R&B. With over 120 million streams globally, Scarlet Pleasure have created a sound to remember and become the biggest new pop success in Denmark.

Scarlet Pleasure consists of childhood friends Alexander Malone, Emil Goll, and Joachim Dencker. Their debut single “Windy” became a national radio hit in their home country, and the breakthrough followed on their single “Heat.” With four songs within the top 100 of the Danish Spotify Chart and two 2017 EP releases, both certified platinum in Denmark, Scarlet Pleasure was awarded Hit of the Year for their #1 radio hit and single “Deja Vu” and Best Group at the 2017 Danish Music Awards.

Last fall, Scarlet Pleasure toured in Europe with Norwegian popstar, Sigrid, and made their U.S. live debut with a sold-out School Night show at Bardot in Los Angeles. Stay tuned for more to come from Scarlet Pleasure in 2018.
