ROTHWELL shares acoustic version of “Follow When You’re Dancing”

ROTHWELL is pleased to announce details of a brand new summer banger ‘Follow When You’re Dancing’, a breathtakingly emotive record sees the Bristol born singer-songwriter effortlessly drawing on pop, house and RnB influences resulting in a truly immersive soundscape.

Rothwell says: “Follow When You’re Dancing is a song for the lonely hearts. I think there’s so much to be said for mislead youth and loss of self value in my generation and I wanted this song to expose weaknesses suffered by most, but to also express that that’s perfectly okay and actually what makes us us. One for the dance floor, margarita in hand and inhibitions out the bloody door! You. Do. You.”

Following on from her recent hit singles ‘Quarter Life Crisis’, ‘Left Me At The Party’ and ‘Velvet Heart’, described by Clash Magazine as ‘buoyant breezy pop matched with soulful, beguiling vocals’, support on BBC Radio, syncs on Love Island and over 3 million streams of her last single ‘Darling’, Rothwell has been billed as one to watch in 2019.

Rothwell has supported Justin Bieber on his ‘Purpose UK Tour’ and played to sold out crowds at both Hyde Park’s British Summer Time and the Isle of Wight Festival.

Primed for a series of live festival appearances this Summer, Rothwell can’t wait to get back on stage noting that “playing live is the best part about being a musician. This year is going to be MEGA and I can’t wait for all of the gigs and festivals across the country!”
