STORi presents the music video for his hit single titled, “NORTH”: An emotional, snowy, and lively film.
“STORi is a rising, 18-year-old artist based out of New York, who lays down emotionally driven bars through dark, trappy beats. So far, he has released his song titled “LLL”, a smooth and dreamy goth trap number, and his single, “NORTH”, a trappy banger. He plans on releasing a 5 song EP titled “Late Night Venne”, produced by a rising artist out of Queens, New York, GrimGuapo, who is involved with A$AP Mob.

When it came to producing the music video for “NORTH,” STORi tells us, “The video was filmed at Rockaway Beach on the day of a strong snowstorm passing through and was made using an old JVC. It was freezing, the wind was pretty wild and the waves crashing behind us were pretty sporadic which matched the aesthetic of the song, dark and intense.”
As a kid, STORi has had a musical upbringing as his parents were both musicians. Coming from North London, England, their sound has influenced STORi to implement references to British post-punk rock and 80’s British pop. He ties the excitement of NY trap and the smooth melodies of late 70’s/80’s British pop to curate his unique sound.
STORi is scheduled to perform at the 9th ward in Buffalo, NY in May!
