    Maul Announces Deecember 2024 Shows To Perform New Album “In The Jaws Of Bereavement”

    North Dakota death metal band MAUL has announced four special shows in the Midwest this December, where they will perform their new album, In The Jaws Of Bereavement, in its entirety. The tour will run from December 12th to 15th, with stops in Iowa City, Chicago, Saint Paul, and the band’s hometown of Fargo. Each show will feature support from Pains, Deterioration, and Gored Embrace.

    These new shows come as MAUL embarks on the road in support of In The Jaws Of Bereavement, which is out now on 20 Buck Spin. Following a series of headlining gigs, the band will join forces with I Am and Lifecycles from October 16th to November 5th, with performances scheduled across most of the mainland U.S.

    MAUL is known for their electrifying live performances, and their second album, In The Jaws Of Bereavement, is designed to resonate in the live setting, perfect for a packed club atmosphere. The album showcases a clear and aggressive production style, blending classic and contemporary influences to create a distinctive sound that embodies Midwest death metal.

    In The Jaws Of Bereavement was tracked, mixed, and mastered by Adam Tucker at Signaturetone Recordings in Minneapolis, featuring cover art by Wyrmwalk and photography by Kary Janousek. The album includes guest contributions from Hugh Danger and Vincent Bennett (The Acacia Strain).
