Last week indie-pop artist Gus Dapperton kicked off his sold out North American tour and shared a short film for his newest single “World Class Cinema”. The video, co-directed with his longtime collaborator Matthew Dillon Cohen, takes the standard music video format and transformed it into a cinematic escape, with Dapperton portraying several iconic film moments throughout the short film. They also made sure to showcase Gus’s signature dance moves, while Bria Vanaite, from the indie breakout film “The Florida Project”, makes a memorable appearance at the end of the video.

And today, he’s announcing a massive European headlining tour for 2019. See all tour dates below!

Gus Dapperton has gone from bedroom dreamer to headlining artist in a short period of time, and with due cause.  He quietly ascended to the forefront of the pop conversation on the heels of viral smashes such as “Prune, You Talk Funny” and “I’m Just Snacking,” averaging around 1 million monthly Spotify listeners, selling out shows worldwide, and earning acclaim from Vogue, The Fader, Pigeons & Planes, Nylon, and more.
