Sleepinpatterns and Lily Kashūnattsu represent Chakuth, a duo that was formed in the late 2018 on the outskirts of Sintra.

The two artists announced recently that they are in the final phase of the process of editing their album that will be released on the 26th of April.
Sleepinpatterns (producer, instrumentalist and performer) and Lily Kashūnattsu (lyricist and performer) are the two members of this duet that naturally seeks diversity in their compositions. The album, named “Aroma”, as its title indicates, is for the listeners a musical tasting of various styles and artistic expressions, coming from the relationship they have in common with music, end up transforming their ideas into a process of a very experimental creation that arises to this “aromatic” aspect that is really stimulating in terms of the senses.

With boombap blends; kuduro; drum’n’bass; We can see in some of the tracks from this album the unexpected alternation from one genre to the other (constant changes of mood throughout each track), in songs like: ‘All I Wanna Do’, ‘Megaslow’ and ‘Healing ‘, are three of the examples where the presence of these changes remains more pronounced.

Chakuth was associated in this release with the Slow Habits label / collective, which is already composed of several members related to the production area. However, “Aroma” has refreshed part of the discography that has been composed over the last year, so we can access content of this album on April 26, 2019 on all digital platforms.
