Los Angeles, CA (August 21, 2018) – Singer/songwriter & producer EBEN releases his EP PAST HUNDRED DAYS today, which infuses his pop sound with hip-hop elements. PAST HUNDRED DAYS is co-written and co-produced by EBEN, and is a reflection of Eben’s journey over the past hundred days, as he experienced heartbreak, toured around the world, and reminded himself not to take life too seriously.
The EP features a more mature and hip-hop influenced sound for EBEN, with production from Grammy award winning producer R8DIO (Solange) and Josh J., guitarist for Miguel. In the lead single, “THAT’S ALRIGHT” EBEN keeps it moving with a positive attitude despite all of the challenges thrown his way, including the true story of his car catching on fire thanks to a local arsonist.

EBEN exclusively told Ones to Watch about the inspiration of the EP, saying “The EP is my most honest project to date. I think of it as a status update on my life and where I am at at this point. Just like my life over the past hundred days, this EP has its ups, down, and everything in between. I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world… but I’ve also been privately dealing with heartbreak and working on my relationships with family and friends. ”

About EBEN:
EBEN, who hails from Cincinnati, Ohio, has dreamed of pursuing music from a young age.
The artist, born as Eben Franckewitz, had a rough start – after joining a boy band at age 16, the group ultimately fell apart four years later.
