June 15, 2018 – Hollywood, CA – Today, enigmatic Scottish newcomer ONR. unveils his brand new single “Love In Suburbia”: LISTEN HERE.

Continuing a hot streak of off-kilter alternative anthems, the critically acclaimed artist delivers dance floor-ready rhythms, uproarious distorted guitars, and a refrain worthy of fists-in-the-air on the track. “Love In Suburbia” shuffles from shimmering synths into a stadium-size chant evocative of the lyrical vision and leaves aftershocks of pop bliss. The song follows his single “AMERICAN GODS,” which earned praise from Idolator, Village Voice, Baeble, and more.

This week, ONR. made his U.S. live debut with a sold-out headline show at San Francisco’s Popscene. He is now on tour with Mondo Cozmo for a string of dates on the East Coast. Check out the remaining itinerary below.

Overseas, ONR. is receiving overwhelming support from BBC Music Introducing, a platform which has helped launched the careers of artists like Ed Sheeran, George Ezra, Florence + the Machine, James Bay, Catfish and the Bottlemen, and more. Between performances at The Great Escape and The Biggest Weekend festivals in the UK, ONR. also took part in the Biggest Weekend Fringe Tour which highlights four up-and-coming artists. After his performance in Brighton, BBC wrote, “ONR. turned Brighton’s Paganini Ballroom into an all-out rave.”

Born in Glasgow and raised between the Scottish Highlands and southern Scotland, ONR.spent his formative years idolizing Elton John, Kate Bush, Freddie Mercury, Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie and obsessing over George Orwell’s dystopian classic 1984—coincidentally written in Scotland. He found inspiration in the ability of each to shift perspectives and unlock a higher realm and continues to draw inspiration from more modern rock innovators like Arcade Fire, Mondo Cozmo, Interpol and The Killers. Now, the artist’s own manifesto unfolds with his new tracks and forthcoming debut EP coming soon.
