R&B Super Nova and dynamic duo Emotional Oranges released their critically acclaimed EP The Juice Vol. II today via Avant Garden. The project comes on the heels of their sold-out tour, experiencing one of the biggest ascends of the year. Within 3 months, some of their shows have tripled in size, they’ve received over 60 million global streams to date and fans are dying to figure out the identities of A and V.  While Emotional Oranges is just getting started, the demand is high and they’re proving to have dominated 2019 with their sights set on 2020, as break out stars.

The Juice Vol. II is a collection of songs inspired by The Weeknd’s own ‘Trilogy’ that reflect on their growth as artists, band mates and individuals with more vulnerability, self-exploration and intention than ever before. It’s lined with their signature blend of sultry R&B, 80’s jazz guitar, funk, pop that has been lauded by The New Yorker, NPR, FADER, Complex, Billboard, V Mag, PAPER and many more.

“Vol. II embodies growth. we’ve learned to trust our instincts. Performing live helped open our eyes to experimenting with different grooves and rhythms. We really challenged ourselves during the writing process; more vulnerability, more intention. people always ask about our identities, but if you listen to these songs, you know us better than anyone.” – A & V
