An artist erupting with every release, Noah Slee is expected to follow in similar suit with his single “Do That” – an exuberant track oozing funk and flair.

Experimental in his approach, Slee is in fine form with his own individual style of contemporary R&B. Single ‘Do That’ see’s Slee exemplify his versatility and pure calibre as an artist, evolving his trademark laidback R&B sonic into an undeniably infectious groove and does so in fine form.

The video see’s Noah join a voguing crew and fully embrace the creative fusion of music and dance. Voguing is a historic form of dancing, originating in the 1980’s from Harlem’s Ballrooms, that has strutted its way into the 21st Century with shows like RuPaul’s Drag Race and My House and has developed an entire culture for queer people of color. In the video Noah styles a stunning, feather trimmed hat, personally crafted by House of Malakai for Noah. House of Malakai have created hats for numerous A-List names including Beyoncé, Rihanna and Madonna.

Speaking on voguing and his newest release, Noah shared: “Although I’ve never built the courage to walk a ball I’ve always felt at home and inspired every time I go. Having the Berlin vogue community involved in this song has been the highest honor. Expression is powerful, FHAT and I wanted to showcase that in this video. It was important to us that we had fun, looked fly AF and worked alongside people who are doing great things in the community.”

An emphatically musical being in every sense of the word, the Tongan crooner’s incredible discography, which includes his award winning 2017 album Otherland, has seen his stock rise exponentially. Two world tours under his belt and peaking interest at festivals such as SXSW 2018, Slee’s creative flair has seen him venture into the worlds of visual-art and dance, helping to produce the 2018 short-film, …and so, we move to Otherlands, which combines music, dance and aesthetic videography.

Looking ahead, expect a full EP to arrive on November 22nd, crafted largely by Slee and the help of other renowned international creatives – from fellow Berliner Ben Esser to London talent Beau Diako and Lvther as well as Hiyatus Kaiyote’s Paul Bender and Simon Mavin. Noah Slee is as determined as ever to thrive in the creative process and produce audio masterpieces that move through genres while doing so.
