Brooklyn based alt-pop band Spirit Animal release their new track and lyric video for “HYDR8” today. Put on your workout clothes, lace up those dancing shoes and check out the lyric video HERE. The track is off of their forthcoming deluxe album REBORN YESTERDAY, out on September 20 via RED MUSIC.
“To maintain a balanced body, it’s important to train all of the major muscle groups: the chest muscles, the back muscles, the arm muscles, the leg muscles, and the drinking muscles. You don’t skip leg day, so why skip day drinking? Our new song HYDR8 will help you stay motivated and in shape for the long nights ahead,” states Spirit Animal frontman Steve Cooper about the track.
REBORN YESTERDAY is the deluxe version of the band’s debut full-length album Born Yesterday and features three new tracks, including “Arm Candy” and today’s release “HYDR8.” Pre-save Spirit Animal’s forthcoming LP HERE.

As a result, Spirit Animal has received major attention from a variety of high profile media outlets, including Consequence of Sound, Entertainment Weekly, and The Washington Post. Fast forward to the August 2018 release of the band’s debut album, Born Yesterday, which received praise from outlets such as Billboard, Alternative Press, Ones To Watch, Pop Dust, Substream Magazine and more.
