Dutch DJ Rowen Reecks is proud to announce the release of his infectious new club single ‘Someone’ featuring Alamo – is out now via Ministry of Sound / Arista Records.

‘Someone’ was given a first listen on Scott Mills’ BBC Radio 1 “Dance Anthem” show and exudes summer vibes. The single encompasses an energetic, punchy melody that escalates into an explosive drop that’s sure to be a main-stay across airwaves and dance-floors worldwide alike. Alamo adds captivating vocals and vibrance to the bright Rowen Reecks instrumentals, for a synergetic hit.

“I’m super stoked to debut on Ministry of Sound [and Arista Records] with ‘Someone.’ I’ve worked on the production for a very long time and this makes me extra happy to see it’s being received so well already!” says Reecks about the new song.

While influenced by artists within the future house scene, Rowen Reecks fosters a sound and style all his own. His previous releases include a string of well-received tracks from ‘Feel It’ to ‘These Sounds’ and vibrant club tune ‘I Wanna Sex You Up’  featuring Dwight Steven, which has now amassed over one million streams on Spotify. Living by the mantra “practice makes perfect,” Reecks’ dedication has received praise and support from heavyweights in the EDM community including Tiesto, Hardwell, David Guetta, Oliver Heldens, Afrojack, Fedde Le Grand, Dyro, Blasterjaxx, Showtek and more.

Within his new single “Someone” featuring Alamo, Rowen Reecks’ technical abilities shine through, and certify him as a musician to watch in the dance music scene, and highlights his innate talent and flair for building a groove throughout his work.
