Einangran consists of Heiðrik á Heygum and Lea Kampmann, who both have strong roots in Iceland where the single was recorded in collaboration with producers Janus Rasmussen (Kiasmos/Bloodgroup) and Sakaris Joensen (Sakaris/Boncyan) at their Reykjavík studio.
