Portland, OR (May 6, 2019): Rising Pop/Indie artist Kingsley is releasing her debut EP, I Am Because I Feel, June 23, 2019.
The local music scene welcomed Kingsley with open arms and with her catchy hooks & powerful vocals, she earned press in UK magazine, Vents & NY magazine, Elicit. She has since then performed on KWG segment on Tonight with Cassidy Quinn, was a special guest on TEDx MtHood, opened for Elise Trouw, VSH Collection and SG Lewis.
“This EP has been a blessing to work on, creating an entire look on how I produce music. All of my songwriting starts on the guitar (even though my skills aren’t that great) – it is nice to have the songs go back to where they started but in an even sexier way…”
The acoustic EP continues to show her fans and the media once again that she doesn’t like to stick to one genre. Kingsley is exploring all styles and sharing her voice around the songs and not letting the songs share her voice.
Kingsley has bigs plans in 2019 as she launches 12 Months of Kingsley! Each month, on the 23rd, she will be releasing something – from music videos to 2 EPs to summer pop inspired singles! Her next performance will be at The Jewelbox in Seattle on June 19 and The Old Church on in Portland on June 20.
