    MARTIN JENSEN’S SINGLE “16 STEPS” W/ OLIVIA HOLT OUT TODAY!

    Breakout Danish artist Martin Jensen – whose first five singles have racked up a combined 850 million streams on Spotify alone – pairs up with American singer-actress Olivia Holt on his infectious new single, “16 Steps,” which was released today by Astralwerks. A glistening pop track anchored by an indelible keyboard hook, the song captures the battle between the body and the brain in matters of the heart. It was written by After Hrs (Maroon 5, One Direction), Ali Tamposi (Kygo, Justin Bieber, Camilla Cabello), John Ryan (Harry Styles, Jason Derulo) and Liza Owen (Hailee Steinfeld, Astrid S). Download / stream “16 Steps” HERE.

    Martin Jensen’s breakthrough single, “Solo Dance,” has earned more than a dozen certifications worldwide, including 8x Platinum in Sweden. In the U.K., it topped the Official Dance Singles Top 40 chart and became one of the biggest hits of 2017. “Wait” featuring Loote followed in the summer of 2017 and has received 60 million plays on Spotify. Views of the official video for “Wait,” which can be seen HERE, are nearing two million while cumulative views of Jensen’s videos on YouTube have surpassed 40 million. The 26-year-old – who has been named as one of the top DJs by DJ Magazine for the past two years – has created official remixes for Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry and other artists. Known for his energetic live performances, Jensen is currently touring Europe and Asia.

    Twenty-year-old Olivia Holt released her self-titled debut EP in 2016, which contained the hits “Phoenix” and “History.” Her latest single, “Generous,” topped Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart earlier this year. Cumulative streams of her songs now exceed 200 million. The 20-year-old stars in Marvel’s “Cloak & Dagger,” a new series that recently debuted on Freeform.
