Nia Wyn, a breakthrough talent in the UK soul-crossover scene, has unveiled her new single ‘10 Seconds’. The track imbues influences from different worlds, taking a vintage soul-R&B sound and giving it a fresh modern twist. ’10 Seconds’ sees Nia grappling perilously and pleasurably with a moment of sexual tension. With her equally smooth and rough vocals turning the song into a flirtatious dance, it’s hard not to give in.

“I wrote 10 seconds about the push and pull of sexual tension between two people, and when it doesn’t feel safe, like you’re constantly on the verge. You’re not sure if you’ll actually do what you both are thinking about and rather they might become a memory you recall years later, and you’ll regret not going for it with them.”
