Music has always been WANYI’s oldest friend.

Influenced by the likes of Troye Sivan and Ariana Grande, her sophomore single “All In” is filled with delicate R&B grooves and honeyed lyrical inflections – a beautiful display of emotional sincerity.

“This song is about someone who is frustrated by a love interest and wants to define the relationship,” she offers.

Growing up in Hong Kong, WANYI started writing songs at just 10 years old – finding companionship and security within the multifaceted artform. Using music to help her overcome periods of loneliness, frustration and isolation, she channels these moments of hardship into her songwriting – creating candid, heartfelt narratives.
